You will need to register your phone prior to making a claim.

When registering your phone you will be asked for your phone make, model number, IMEI number, memory size and purchase date, so have them ready. To find your IMEI number, you can dial *#06# on your phone’s keypad or:

For iOS

  1. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "About"
  2. Scroll down until you see IMEI

For Android

  1. Open the Android settings menu
  2. Tap "About Phone" > "Status". There you will find the IMEI.

Missing device

  1. It will be on the original box
  2. It will be on the original receipt
  3. Contact your network carrier
