I've forgotten my Customer Number, what should I do?

Your Customer Number, given to you when you signed up for Digital Banking, is your date of birth (ddmmyy) followed by your unique number which identifies you to the Bank. So for example if your date of birth is 9th March 1967 then your customer number would start 090367 followed by up to 4 numbers.

If you can't recall your Customer Number, simply re-submit your details and you should be able to access the service straight away.

If you can't recall your Customer Number, you can also find it within the 'More' menu of your Mobile app under 'My Customer Number'.
