The Digital Banking system won't accept my activation code, what do I do?

Your activation code may not be accepted due to one of the following circumstances:

You have entered your customer number and activation code incorrectly

Make sure you have entered your customer number and activation code correctly. You have 3 attempts to get this right.

You have attempted the activation code more than 3 times.

After 3 attempts the code will be locked and you will need a new one. To obtain a new activation code simply complete our Digital Banking application form (opens in a new window).

Your activation code has expired.

If the activation code has expired you will need a new one. The expiry date will be contained in the letter or text message you receive. To obtain a new activation code simply complete our Digital Banking application form (opens in a new window).

When you complete the Digital Banking application form you may find you can access your account straight away. If however an activation code is still required it will arrive by post or by text message.
