If you are a Digital Banking customer (Personal, Private or Business), and have not yet enabled your card-reader or you need to re-enable your card-reader, you can do this online in a few simple steps.
Please note: In order to enable a card-reader, you must have ordered one online first. For more information on how to do this see How can I order a new card-reader?.
- Log in to your Digital Banking service at www.rbsdigital.com
- Select 'Security' from the menu
- In the 'Using a card-reader' section, select 'Enable a card-reader'
- You will be shown a screen with a 5 step process to enable your card-reader
