How do I print my statement in Digital Banking?

There are a couple of ways that you can print your statement in Digital Banking.

Print a PDF statement

Please note: You will get an email when your most recent statement is available. However, it may take up to 2 working days for your most recent statement to be available to download.

Before you can print a PDF statement you will need to download it.

  1. Access your Digital Banking service at www.rbsdigital.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Statements' from the left hand menu.
  3. Under the 'Your accounts' heading select 'View save and print PDF statements and certificates of interest (up to 7 years)'.
  4. Choose an account from the list.
  5. Click 'Next'.
  6. Choose a time period to view.
  7. Click 'View statement'.
  8. Your full statement for that time period will be displayed.
  9. At the top of the statement click on the 'Download Statement (PDF)' link.
  10. When prompted select 'Open'.
  11. Your statement will be downloaded and opened as a PDF file.

You can now print or save the PDF file.

Print what you see on screen

On a Windows computer using your keyboard press the Ctrl and P keys together, (usually referred to as Ctrl+P). Select 'Print' in the window that pops up.

On a Mac computer using your keyboard press the Command and P keys together, (usually referred to as Command+P). Select 'Print' in the window that pops up.

Please note: If you are choosing this option, you will only be printing the page that is shown on your screen.
