How do I download a PDF statement?

Please note: The option to download a PDF of your statement is only available for completed statement periods and may take up to 2 working days after your statement is produced.

You can view up to 7 years worth of account statements and you can download, save and print a PDF version of your statement in Digital Banking.

Downloading a PDF statement

  1. Access your Digital Banking service at www.rbsdigital.com (opens in a new window)
  2. Select 'Statements' from the left hand menu.
  3. Under the 'Your accounts' heading select 'View, save and print PDF statements and certificates of interest (up to 7 years)'.
  4. Choose an account from the list.
  5. Click 'Next.
  6. Choose which date range you want to view.
    Please note: The option to download a PDF is not available when selecting 'Transactions since last statement'.
  7. Click 'View statement'. Your full statement for that date range will be displayed.
  8. At the top of the statement click on the 'Download Statement (PDF)' link (Will only show if PDF is available).
  9. When prompted select 'Open'. Your statement will be downloaded and opened as a PDF file. You can now print or save the PDF file.
