How do I find my mortgage account number?

Your mortgage account number is used to identify your mortgage with Royal Bank of Scotland, and you will also use it to log in to 'Manage my Mortgage', our service to help you manage your mortgage online.

You can find your mortgage account number in various places:

  • On your original mortgage paperwork, which we sent to you when you completed your mortgage with us.
  • If you use Digital Banking you can view your mortgage account number there. You will find your mortgage account on the 'Account Summary' screen, and your account number will be displayed with it.
  • If you use our Mobile app, you can find your mortgage account in the 'Accounts' section. As with Digital Banking your mortgage account number is also displayed.

If you're unable to find your mortgage account number in one of these ways you can contact us. After a few security questions we can provide you with your mortgage account number.
