Is there a valuation fee if I borrow more on my mortgage?

If you're an existing customer then you can check the most recent valuation of your property by logging in to Manage Your Mortgage (opens in a new window). You'll find your last valuation amount as well as the date it was taken as soon as you log in.

You can request an up to date valuation by calling us. If you would like a valuation there and then, we will give you an estimated figure over the phone. If we are unable to give you a figure or you are not happy with the figure given then a formal valuation would need to be instructed with the appropriate fee charged.
