It may be that you have reached your Cash ISA allowance for the year.
You can check this yourself using Digital Banking.
- Log in to your Digital Banking service at www.rbsdigital.com (opens in a new window)
- Select the ISA account by clicking on the Account name
- Click 'View account details'
Your remaining allowance shows under 'Deposits allowed this year'.
