Why is my card not available to select for use with my card-reader?

The list on your Digital Banking screen will only show cards that have the right type of security chip. You can't change this list yourself, but as more of your cards become suitable when re-issued, they will appear in the list.

Without a suitable card you will still be able to arrange a payment to someone who you have already set up to receive online payments. However, to set up a new payment arrangement, you will need to either use the card(s) listed or order a replacement card for use in your card-reader.
