I'm having trouble logging in to MyRewards or have forgotten my login details. What should I do?

You can access your MyRewards account using our secure mobile banking app without entering your MyRewards login details. Just log into the app and within the ‘MyRewards’ section at the bottom of your screen, select either ‘View Statement’, ‘Earn Rewards’ or ‘Exchange Rewards’ to access your account*.

Alternatively, if you would like to access your MyRewards account through Digital banking or a web browser you will need to reset your password that you set up when you registered (the password you chose will be between 8 and 20 characters and includes letters, numbers and at least one special character such as # ~ *. It will also be a unique password that you haven't used in the last 12 months).

Reset your password

To reset your MyRewards password, please enter your eligible Reward Debit or Credit card number, date of birth and the email address you registered for MyRewards on the Reset your MyRewards password form (opens in a new window).

You will then be asked to enter a new password. Once confirmed, your access will be reinstated. You will receive an email to confirm that your password has been changed successfully.

The email address you registered for MyRewards is used to communicate to you regularly with your balance and personalised offers. If you cannot remember which email address you have registered for MyRewards please contact the MyRewards team on 0345 030 3104. Open 7 days a week 8am-8pm.
