What should I do if I've forgotten my MyRewards login details?

You can access your MyRewards account using our secure mobile banking app without entering your MyRewards login details. Just log into the app and within the ‘MyRewards’ section at the bottom of your screen, select either ‘View Statement’, ‘Earn Rewards’ or ‘Exchange Rewards’ to access your account*.

Alternatively, if you would like to access your MyRewards account through Digital banking or web browser you will need to reset your password that you set up when you registered (the password you chose will be between 8 and 20 characters and includes letters, numbers and at least one special character such as # ~ *. It will also be a unique password that you haven't used in the last 12 months).

Resetting your password

To reset your MyRewards password, please enter your eligible Reward Debit or Credit card number and date of birth on the Reset your MyRewards password form (opens in a new window).

We will send a temporary password within 2 hours to the email address registered to your MyRewards.

If you have not received the temporary password within 2 hours, please check your Junk email/Trash mail to see if it is there.

Unlocking your account

You can try to log on up to 3 times but if the password you are using is incorrect, your MyRewards account will become locked.
