I've forgotten the passcode for my mobile banking app. What should I do?

If you've forgotten the passcode or the app is not recognising your passcode, open up the app and select 'Forgotten passcode'. This will take you through re-registration and allow you to select a new passcode.

To do this, you will need your Digital Banking log in details. You will also be sent a text message containing an activation code. It will take a few minutes to enter the details and once completed, you will be able to log in to the app instantly.
