What should I do if I believe I'm due some extra Rewards?

If you think you're due additional Rewards that have not appeared in your Rewards balance statement within 5 working days of the qualifying purchase, please log in to MyRewards. You can access your MyRewards account directly via our secure mobile banking app. Just log into the app and within the ‘MyRewards’ section at the bottom of your screen, select ‘View Statement’ where you will be taken through to your MyRewards account statement page where you will find the Missing Transaction form at the bottom of the screen.

Alternatively, you can log in to MyRewards (opens in a new window) via Digital banking or a web browser and complete the Missing Transaction form. You can find this under My Account > Missing Transactions > Missing Transaction.

You'll need to supply details of the missed qualifying purchase, including the date, the location and the total qualifying purchase value. Then submit your query for investigation. We'll investigate on your behalf and then let you know the outcome. This may take up to 5 working days. All claims need to be made within 3 months of the payment date.

Note: If you are looking for your Rewards from a qualifying purchase from one of our Monthly Credit card offers please be aware that these rewards are allocated on the 20th of the month following the campaign (to allow for correct calculation). Please do not fill out a Missing Transaction form or call us before this date as we will not be able to help you until after this date.
