Why doesn't my credit card show on the mobile app?

There are a couple of possible reasons for this.

Changed card type

When you change your credit card type there may be a slight delay before you are able to view the new card in the mobile app, however the old card will be removed.

This is part of the set up process and you will be able to view your credit card details going forward.

Closed or unused card

If you have a closed or no longer active credit card, this will be removed from the mobile app.
