Why have some or all of my Business Profiles disappeared from the Mobile Banking App?

If you have not used the Mobile Banking App recently please make sure you've installed the latest version of the App on your iOS or Android device.

If you have more than one business please make sure that you have registered the account with Digital Banking as you will need another Customer Number.  

Once you have registered your business with Digital Banking you can then view the account in your Mobile Banking App by following the instructions below:

  1. Tap the profile icon found in the top right hand corner of the app
  2. Select the option to add a business
  3. Please enter in the name of your business followed by the Customer Number
  4. Select next and your business account will be added to the Mobile Banking App

Once you have added the businesses in, the next time you log in to the app, you can select a business profile to view and easily switch between the different accounts.
