I have entered a incorrect activation code for my mobile banking app, what should I do?

If you have incorrectly entered your activation code you can request another code using the resend option or start mobile registration again.

If you enter the code or your Digital Banking credentials incorrectly, you may be asked to wait 24 hours before trying again.

In the meantime, you can still use your Digital Banking service.

If you are still having problems, please contact the mobile banking helpdesk.
