I am trying to register for the mobile app and the mobile phone number is incorrect

You will need to ensure that you have a valid mobile and provide us with your updated mobile phone number in order to register for the Mobile Banking App.

You can log in to Digital Banking and update your mobile phone number by using a card reader.

Once you’ve changed your mobile number, you will need to wait for 3 full calendar days from the change before you can register for the Mobile Banking App. In the meantime, you can still use Digital Banking services.
