What can I do using telephone banking?

It's easier to use Digital Banking or mobile banking to check your balance, make transactions and payments, but you can do so using telephone banking as well. Please be aware that our telephony team can only see the same information that you can see in Digital Banking and mobile banking.

You can also carry out a range of transactions on the phone. When you call us you will hear an automated menu and can make choices based on what you want to do.

  • Press 1 for self service automated balances, transactions, payments and everyday banking enquiries
  • Press 2 if you are an existing customer and would like to talk to us about loans, overdrafts or to apply for one of our products
  • Press 3 if you are registered for Digital Banking/telephone banking and would like to talk to a UK based customer advisor
  • Press 4 if you are a new customer or are not registered for our Digital Banking/telephone banking

To keep you safe and secure, when choosing options 1, 2 and 3 you will be asked to input your customer number and two digits from your security number. This is the same information you use to log in online.
