How can I re-instate a direct debit?

We can reinstate any direct debit that has been cancelled within the past 90 days. This can be done in branch or through telephone banking. 

We cannot reinstate a direct debit if the mandate was cancelled over 90 days ago. Direct debits are requested from your account by the beneficiary (the person who receives the money from your account). If you want to re-instate a cancelled direct debit that was cancelled over 90 days ago, please contact the company that receives your payment. They will arrange to re-instate the direct debit on your account.
