How long will it take for the card-reader to arrive?

Once you have ordered your card-reader, it will arrive within 6 working days.

As with all communications, we will send the card-reader to the main customer address shown in our records. Please tell us if you change address by visiting your branch or by calling telephone banking.

If you have ordered a card-reader that has not yet arrived and you need to make a payment urgently, please contact telephone banking or visit your local branch to arrange a payment.
