I have a disability. What happens if I can't use the card-reader you've sent?

We offer an audio version of our card-reader which may be of use to you. For more information please contact our Digital Banking helpdesk.

Alternatively, if you visit a branch and make a payment using our branch single payment system the payee details used will be stored against your account. You can then use the same payee details to make a payment using Digital Banking.
