I'm having trouble setting up MyRewards. What should I do?

You'll need your Reward debit or credit card to set up MyRewards. If you've recently opened your Reward account, it can take up to 3 working days to receive your new card.

You'll start earning Rewards as soon as you have a Reward account and you can view your balance in Digital Banking on the 'Account summary' page or in mobile banking.

However, there are two important reasons why you should get set up.

  1. To see your personalised offers, where you can earn 1% or more at Reward retailers.
  2. To exchange your Rewards for money, trading up with our Reward retailers or donating your Rewards.
