I have both personal and business accounts, which mobile app should I use?

While you can use either mobile app, we recommend that you download the app that matches your account type.

If the Customer Number you use when logging in to Digital Banking enables you to view both your business and personal accounts you will also be able to view the same accounts using either the personal or business banking app.

However, if you have separate Customer Numbers for your personal and business accounts the business banking app will enable you to add multiple Customer Numbers which means you will be able to view all your accounts using just one app.

Please note that Bankline Customer Numbers cannot be used to access the business banking app. You must be registered for Digital Banking to use the mobile app.
