How do I obtain a replacement Digital Banking card?

You can order a replacement Digital Banking card by contacting our helpdesk. Please have your Digital Banking customer number to hand when you get in touch.

When your order a new Digital Banking card, you'll also get a new PIN to use with the card. Both should arrive within 10 to 15 working days.
