Can I swap my mobile phone insurance to cover a new phone?

Yes. You don't have to tell us you have changed your phone but to make a claim we will ask you for your IMEI number. We still recommend that you update your registration with your new phone though, so we have your IMEI number on record and if you need to claim it will be quicker. You will need to register the phone prior to making a claim.
