How do I request a new or replacement Priority Pass card?

If you are a Black Account holder and require a new or replacement Priority Pass card you can request one by contacting Membership Services.

Open Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm (excluding bank holidays), Saturday 9am - 5pm

If you have a Priority Pass card with the prefix 75 this card relates to the Black Card and is no longer valid. Cards associated with your Black Account will start with the prefix 141.
