Do I need a membership number to use my Car Breakdown Cover?

You don't need a membership number when you call for assistance. Green Flag will ask for your name and address, the vehicle details, the fault with the vehicle and your location.

You will may also asked for bank details such as account number and sort code. You do not have to show any identification to the mechanic who comes to assist you.
