How can I change my business address?

You have 4 options for changing your business address with us.

You can change your business address with us either over the phone, by printing and completing a form, by writing to your Business Manager or by visiting a branch. Details on the time taken to update your address are set out in the following table.

Put in writing to your Business Manager2 working daysThe letter should:
  • Be a signed original
  • Include your account number and sort code
  • State what the business address is changing from and to
  • Be signed by all signatories on the business account in accordance with the mandate
In a branch1 working dayPlease bring with you:
  • Your debit card for the business account
  • A form of photographic identification, such as a UK driving licence or passport
Please note: All account holders will need to be present in the branch together, each having their debit card for the business account and suitable photographic identification with them.
