How do I make a claim on my mobile phone insurance?

What you need to do first

All claims must be reported to the insurer as soon as possible, but always within 60 days of discovering the loss or other incident.

If your phone has been lost or stolen, you must contact your network provider within 24 hours, or 48 hours if you're outside the UK.

If your phone is stolen, you should inform the police and get a crime reference number as soon as reasonably possible.

Please note: If you're outside the UK we won't replace your device until you return.
