How do I order a certificate of interest for my mortgage?

If you wish to obtain a Certificate of Interest for your mortgage, you can do so by logging in to Manage my Mortgage and selecting 'Request Certificate of Interest' from the ''My payments and services' menu. We will issue your certificate to the email address provided within 5 working days. If you do not provide an email address, we will post the Certificate of Interest to the address we hold for you in our records. 

To log in you'll need your mortgage account number, surname, date of birth and mortgaged property's postcode. You can find your mortgage account number on your most recent mortgage statement, in the 'Account summary' section in online and mobile banking or on your mortgage offer documentation.
