How do I update my email address or mobile number?

Having accessed your Digital Banking service at www.rbsdigital.com (opens in a new window) you can find the options to change your email address or mobile phone number in the 'Your details' section.

Changing your email address

Changing your email address is a 3 step process and you do not require a Card-Reader to complete the change.

Select 'Your Details' from the main menu.
Then select 'Update email address' from either the 'Amend personal details' or 'Amend business details' section.

Type in your new email address into the 'New email address' box. Then retype your new mobile number in the 'Confirm email address' box. Select the 'Next' button.

Step 2 of 3

The new email address you entered will now be displayed to you. Check to make sure the email address is correct then select the 'Confirm' button.

Step 3 of 3

This page will confirm your email address has been changed.

Changing your mobile phone number

Changing your mobile phone number is a 3 step process and you will require a card-reader to complete the change.

Select 'Your Details' from the main menu.
Then select 'Update mobile phone number' from either the 'Amend personal details' or 'Amend business details' section.

Step 1 of 3

Type in your new number into the 'New mobile number' box. Then retype your new mobile number in the 'Repeat new mobile number' box. Select the 'Next' button.

Step 2 of 3

The new mobile phone number you entered will now be displayed to you. Check to make sure the mobile number is correct. Authorise the change with your card-reader. Then select the 'Confirm' button.

Step 3 of 3

This page will confirm your mobile phone details have been changed.
