How do I set up alerts?

To set up alerts on your account:

  1. Log into Digital Banking at (opens in a new window)
  2. From the main menu select the 'Alerts' option.
  3. From the 'Alerts' page select the 'Manage alerts' button
  4. You will then be able to view and amend the alerts on your account.

If you cannot see a 'Manage alerts' button you will need to provide us with your email address and/or your mobile phone number using the 'Your details' section of Digital Banking.

Please note: if you have provided us with a valid UK mobile number, then you will automatically receive Activity Alerts.
