How do I update my email address or mobile number?

You'll need your mobile app if you are registered for Biometrics or a card reader to update your email address and mobile phone number in Digital Banking.

You can check what email address and mobile phone number we have for you in Digital Banking by going to 'Your details'.

In order to update your mobile number or email address on your credit card, please contact the credit card team using the number on the back of your credit card.

Updating your email address

  1. Select 'Your details' on the left hand side of Digital Banking and then 'Update email address'
    • You can view your email address in the mobile app by clicking on the "My Profile" button at the top right and "Manage your personal details". If you need to update it, you will need to log into Digital Banking.
  2. Type in your new email address into the 'New email address' box. Then retype it in the 'Confirm email address' box.
  3. Make sure your email address is correct, then authorise the change using your mobile app if you are registered for Biometrics or your card reader

Updating your mobile phone number

1. In Digital Banking, select 'your details' and then 'Update mobile phone number'
2. Type in your new number into the 'New mobile number' box. Then retype it in the 'Repeat new mobile number' box. 
3. Make sure your number and country code are correct, then authorise the change using your card reader.

After you have changed your mobile number, you will need to wait a for 3 full calendar days (starting from the next day) before you can receive the activation code to register for the Mobile Banking App. In the meantime, you can still use Digital Banking.
