What is my Digital Banking customer number?

Your customer number has up to 10 digits and is created when you first sign up for Digital Banking . It starts with your date of birth (DDMMYY) and is followed by your unique number (up to 4 digits).

For example, if your date of birth is 1st March 1967 and unique ID is 4958, then your customer number will be  0103674958.

You can use your customer number or card number when you log in to Digital Banking or call telephone banking, and it may also be used to pre-fill future account applications you might want to make.

To find your customer number in the mobile banking app:

  1. Log into the Mobile Banking App
  2. Select the Profile Menu top right or Help option in the bottom of the screen.
  3. Customer number displayed at the top of the screen.

If you know you Online Banking PIN and password, you can log in using you debit card number. The customer number will be partially displayed at the top of the Account Summary page once you're logged in.

If you are still unable to find your customer number, you can answer a few questions to re-activate your Digital Banking and you will be shown it on screen again.
